West Virginia Officials Reestablish Push to Authorize Sports Wagering
West Virginia legislators have pushed ahead right off the bat in the 2018 regulative meeting with a bill that would legitimize sports wagering in the Mountain State. State congresspersons Stephen Baldwin (D-tenth Area) and Mike Maroney (R-Locale 02) presented the bill last week — SB 106 — which is indistinguishable from HB 2751 supported by House Agent Shawn Fluharty in Walk 2017.
